Somatics, in essence, is a field that studies the body as perceived from within, emphasizing internal physical sensation and experience. Somatic yoga is a yoga practice that emphasizes awareness of the body and its sensations during movement, rather than focusing on achieving specific poses or athletic proficiency.
Each class will cover a different topic (eating for longevity, the biblical diet, intermittent fasting protocol, micro and macronutrients, controlling insulin, etc.)
